斗轮堆取料机前臂架受力分析及优化设计

         

摘要

Aiming at certain problems in the bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer such as large deformation and high local stress of its forearm frame, which affect normal operation and bring safety hazards, detailed force analysis is performed for the forearm frame, and based on this, a new type of forearm structure is put forward, with analysis of manufacturing process of the new forearm frame in detail. Such new forearm is of good load-carrying capability, strong resistance to deformation and high safety reliability. It provides guidance and reference for design of forearm frame of bucket-wheel stacker/reclaimer.%针对传统斗轮堆取料机前臂架变形大和局部应力大,影响机器正常使用和存在安全隐患等问题,先对前臂架进行详细受力分析,在此基础上提出了新的前臂架结构形式,并对新的前臂架的制作流程进行了详细的分析.新的前臂架受力好、抗变形能力强,安全可靠性高,可为斗轮堆取料机前臂架的设计提供指导和参考.
