起重机防风锚固装置设计改进

         

摘要

传统的起重机锚固装置仅在支腿平面内的2个方向有自由度,而在实际使用时由于大车跑偏影响,为使锚固装置顺利就位,通常需要在小车运行方向(沿主梁)进行调节。目前起重机的顺利锚固需要多次微动大车来调节实现,操作很不方便。通过改进锚固装置设计,增加锚固装置在小车运行方向的自由度,很好地解决了这一问题。实践证明,改进方法简单有效,为锚固装置的设计完善提供了一种切实可行的方法。%The traditional crane anchoring device provides degree of freedom only in two directions within the plane of outriggers,but in practice,it's usually required to adjust the moving direction of the trolley (along the girder) to make the anchoring device in the right position due to line deflection effect of the crane travelling.At present,to realize smooth an-choring of the crane,multiple times of micro-motion and adjustment of the crane travelling is required,which is inconven-ient to operate.This problem can be better resolved by improving the design of the anchoring device and increasing the de-gree of freedom of the anchoring device in the trolley moving direction.The practice shows that the improved method is sim-ple and efficient,feasible for design implementation of the anchoring device.
