起重机械安装检验检测中的几点思考

摘要

起重机械安装改造重大维修过程实行监督检验制度，检验机构和检验人员根据TSG Q7016-2008《起重机械安装改造重大维修监督检验规则》对起重机械安装过程进行监督检验。在执行TSG Q7016-2008《起重机械安装改造重大维修监督检验规则》过程中，对判定标准、制动下滑量、警铃设置、监检资料保存期等项目给出合理建议。%The supervision and inspection mechanism is carried out during installation,retrofitting,and overhaul re-pair of hoisting machineries.The test institution and test personnel perform supervision and inspection for installation of the hoisting machinery in accordance with TSG Q701 6-2008 Crane Installation,Modernization,and General Overhaul Super-vision Inspection Regulation.In execution of the standard,reasonable advices are given in terms of the judge criterion,bra-king sliding amount,alarm set,and storage life of supervision and inspection records,etc.
