KBK柔性组合式悬挂起重机的自动化吊装系统设计

摘要

Combining with turning and rail-transfer technologies for KBK flexible combined suspending crane,PLC programmable control technology,wireless communication technology,and the mechanical transmission system on KBK combined suspending crane,electric hoist wireless monitoring system,electric control system,upper monitor computer and PLC control system,the automatic feeding system for KBK flexible combined suspending cranes is designed for the commu-nication system.The system is to realize the intelligent hoisting function by automatic rail-transfer and multi-path multi-trol-ley with the targeted delivering points corresponding to the material data.%结合KBK柔性组合式悬挂起重机的转弯及变轨技术、PLC可编程控制技术、无线通信技术，以及KBK柔性组合式悬挂起重机机械传动系统、电动葫芦无线监控系统、电气控制系统、上位监控计算机加PLC控制系统、通信系统为组件设计了一套KBK柔性组合悬挂起重机自动化投料系统。该系统的功能是在设定目标输送点对应物料数据下，通过自动变轨、多路径多小车智能吊装物料的功能。
