起重机械光电行程限位装置的检验

摘要

At present,the photoelectric proximity switch is applied in more and more cranes as the range limit device of the traveling mechanism,but there are lack of related testing standards and requirements in domestic specifications and stand-ards regarding hoisting machinery at present,resulting in that the test personnel don’t have any basis to follow during on-site testing.The paper analyzes and describes the reasons for using the photoelectric proximity switch and the problems in practice, and gives some detection suggestions for testing of the range limit device of photoelectric proximity switch to share with peers.%当前，越来越多的起重机采用光电接近开关作为运行机构的行程限位装置，但目前国内起重机械的相关规范、标准并无相关的检验标准和要求，造成检验人员现场检验时没有依据的情况。文中对光电接近开关运用的原因和现实使用中存在的问题作出分析与说明，给出对光电接近开关行程限位装置检验时的检验意见，与同行交流。
