U形管道单索平衡吊装及高空解索

摘要

The paper mainly introduces improvement of the lifting method for balance adjustment of U-pipeline com-monly by using the chain block.The single-sling binding balance lifting method is applied to improve unhooking of the lift-ing sling and realize automatic unhooking and sling removal.This can reduce the workload of high-altitude sling removal for hoisting operators,decrease the high-altitude risk,and significantly improve the lifting safety.Through long-term applica-tion,it proves to be a safe reliable lifting and sling-removal method.%主要对U形管道常规采用手拉葫芦配合调整平衡的方式进行吊装的方法进行改进，采用单索捆绑平衡吊装的方法。通过对吊装索具的解绳的改进，自动脱钩摘除索具。这样可降低起重作业人员的高空解索具的劳动强度，减少因高空作业而带来的风险，大大提高吊装安全系数。经过长期使用，这是安全可靠的吊装及自动解除索绳的方法。
