SP1400型排土机的试制

摘要

The SP1400 dumping plough is the large-scale conveying and transshipping equipment trial-manufactured by Huadian Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd for Sichuan Taihe iron mine of Chongqing Iron and Steel Group,with its processing capacity of 4 000 t/h.Compared to foreign products,the domestic dumping plough has the clear price advantage and broad market prospect,but the critical technology producing the large-scale dumping ploughs is always the bottle neck restricting its development.The paper describes the critical technologies in production with trial-manufacture of SP1400 dumping plough as an example,with technology difficulties to be overcome such as welding technology and process of medium-carbon high-alloy steel and low-alloy high-strength steel,mechanical processing and assembly of large-scale welding assembling u-nits,fitting up and assembly of track shoes,etc.The trial-manufactured dumping plough has passed the test verification.%SP1400型排土机是华电重工机械有限公司为重钢集团四川太和铁矿试制的大型输送及转载设备，其处理能力可达4000 t/h。相比国外产品，国产化排土机有明显价格优势，市场前景广阔，但大型排土机制造的关键技术却一直是制约其发展的瓶颈。文章立足于SP1400型排土机的试制，将制作中的关键技术进行分解，逐一克服了中碳高合金钢与低合金高强度钢的焊接技术与工艺、大型焊接组合件的机械加工与装配、履带板组对成型及装配等技术难点，该排土机已通过试验验证。
