抛物线理论和悬垂线理论在带式输送机悬垂度分析中的应用

         

摘要

The parabola and catenary models are built for the conveying belt in the rectangular coordinate system,for stress analysis of the conveying belt between adjacent roller sets and the differentiation element of conveying belt,in order to deduce the curvilinear equation and maximum pendency for both models;the relationship between the maximum inclina-tion,minimum tension and relevant pendency of the conveying belt in both models is determined,with comparison and a-nalysis of images and data for both models by Matlab,hence to draw a conclusion that the parabola model of the conveying belt can replace the catenary model,which provides important guidance for determination of the belt tension.%在直角坐标系中建立了输送带的抛物线和悬垂线模型,对相邻托辊组间的输送带和输送带微分单元进行受力分析,推导出了输送带两模型的曲线方程和最大悬垂度;确定了输送带两模型中输送带最大倾角、最小张力与输送带相对悬垂度的关系,并采用Matlab软件对两模型进行图像、数据的对比和分析,得出了可用输送带抛物线模型代替输送带悬垂线模型的结论,对输送带张力大小的确定有重要指导意义。
