Fuel handling machine is a piece of important equipment of the fuelling and refuelling system in the nuclear plant.To realize the self-reliant design of CAP-series fuel handling machine, through analyzing and absorbing the third-generation nuclear technology in U.S.A.-AP1000 fuel handling machine, and referring to domestic designs of such ma-chines in nuclear plants, the fuel handling portal structure is changed to the bridge-type structure, which can realize locali-zation of the equipment and re-innovation of the technology.The self-reliant design of the equipment can be used in the de-sign of other fuelling and refuelling system units in nuclear plants, and help improve the independent R&D capability in re-spect to nuclear plant equipment in China.%燃料抓取机是核电厂装换料系统的重要设备, 为了实现CAP系列燃料抓取机的自主化设计, 对美国第三代核电技术AP1000燃料抓取机进行了消化吸收, 并结合国内相关核电厂燃料抓取机设计经验, 将燃料抓取机门式结构改为人桥式结构, 实现了该设备的国产化和技术的再创新. 该设备的自主化设计方法能够推广用于核电厂其他装换料设备的设计, 有益于提升我国核电厂设备的自主化研发能力.
