镜面反射算法在结构可靠性优化设计中的应用

         

摘要

In the traditional structural design, reliability and optimization are two relatively independent and conflict-ing design methods.But realizing structural optimization may compromise reliability, and vice versa.So to find a balance point between the two design methods, to achieve structural optimization and meet the requirement on reliability, reliability optimization is the answer.Optimal design of structural reliability is an effective design method developed by introducing the reliability theory based on optimal structure design and taking reliability as a constraint condition of the optimal design. Specular reflection algorithm is a brand-new holistic intelligent optimization method, with the advantages of high calculation efficiency, strong robustness, etc.The paper puts forward the reliability optimal design method based on specular reflection algorithm, which is used in the reliability optimal design for the simple bridge structure of the overhead crane.The simula-tion result shows that the method can be used to obtain a reliable and optimized result, proving it feasible and effective, in-dicating significant potential of application promotion in engineering works.%在传统结构设计中, 可靠性和优化是2个相对独立且相互矛盾的设计方法, 结构优化目标的实现往往以其可靠性的降低为代价, 反之亦然. 如何在2种设计方法中找到平衡点, 既可达到结构优化的目的, 又能够满足可靠性的要求, 可靠性优化便是研究这一类问题的重要手段. 结构可靠性优化设计是在对结构进行优化设计的基础上, 引入可靠性理论, 将可靠性作为优化设计的约束条件, 进而发展起来的一种有效的结构设计方法. 镜面反射算法 ( SRA) 是一个全新的全局智能优化方法, 该算法具有计算效率高、 鲁棒性强等优点, 将镜面反射算法运用到结构可靠性优化设计的研究中, 建立结构系统可靠度约束下的质量最小优化模型, 提出了基于镜面反射算法的结构可靠性优化设计方法. 利用该方法针对桥式起重机简易桥架结构进行可靠性优化设计,仿真结果表明采用该方法可以获得可靠的优化结果, 证明了该方法的可行性和有效性, 具有在工程中应用推广的巨大潜力.
