桥式起重机主端梁连接技术研究

摘要

In view of the important effect the connection technology of main beam and side beam have on the overhead crane, the paper describes the main connection type of main beam and side beam of existing products, and details the ad-vantages and disadvantages of overlap, semi-overlap, and jointing type for main beam and side beam connection in respect to safety reliability performance, side beam modularization, manufacture of the overhead crane, transport, and storage, providing reference for designing the connection between main beam and side beam of the overhead crane.%针对桥式起重机主端梁连接技术对桥架的重要影响, 阐述了现有产品当中主要的主端梁连接形式,从安全可靠性能、 端梁模块化、 桥式起重机整机制造、 运输及储存等角度对主端梁连接采用搭接、 半搭接及对接形式的优点和不足进行了详细分析, 为桥式起重机主端梁连接设计提供了参考.
