吊运熔融金属用钢丝绳电动葫芦安全制动器的设置与检验

摘要

针对吊运熔融金属用钢丝绳电动葫芦因使用环境的特殊性，出现事故概率较大的问题，阐述其安全可靠的重要性，相关法规颁布后，很多企业采取增加安全制动器的措施来提高安全性能。文中结合检验情况，对安全制动器的设置作了总结，并就检验方法提出建议，供相关人士参考。%This paper explains the importance of safety and reliability of wire rope electric hoists used for hoisting mol-ten metal due to its particularity of the operation environment and high possibility of accidents. After the issuance of rele-vant regulations,many enterprises add the safety brake to improve the safety performance. This paper summarizes the set-ting of safety brakes based on the inspection results,and proposes suggestions on the inspection method for reference.
