基于二分法的固定式起重机整机有限元分析

         

摘要

固定式起重机在起重作业时,整机会承受复杂的外力,从而影响整机的强度和刚度。针对固定式起重机的强度和刚度要求,利用Creo软件和Ansys Workbench软件对固定式起重机混合建模后进行结构静力学分析。结构静力学分析时,最小幅度工况和最大幅度工况往往都不是最危险工况。为此,应用二分法的思想迭代分析结构静力学,从而找到结构的最危险工况,并在最危险工况下对结构进行改进,可提高固定式起重机的结构力学性能。%The fixed crane will bear complex external forces during the lifting operation,which will affect the strength and rigidness of the whole crane. Based on the requirements on the strength and rigidness of fixed cranes,this paper per-forms hybrid modeling on fixed cranes with the Creo and Ansys Workbench softwares and conducts the structural static anal-ysis. During the structural static analysis,the minimum and maximum amplitude conditions are not always the most danger-ous conditions. Therefore,the structural static mechanics shall be analyzed by using the dichotomy iteration to define the most dangerous condition of structure,and the structure shall be improved under the most dangerous condition,which may improve the structural mechanical performance of the fixed crane.
