光纤光栅传感技术在翻车机结构健康监测系统的应用研究

         

摘要

由于光纤光栅传感器具有抗电磁干扰、尺寸小、容量大、准分布式测量,并且可以实现远距离长期监测与传输的特点,其在结构健康安全监测中得到日益广泛应用。文中论述了在大型装卸设备翻车机中引入结构健康安全监测的必要性,概述了光纤光栅传感技术的基本原理,并以翻车机为例,介绍结构健康安全监测系统的应用及关键技术,包括温度补偿、基于有限元分析的测点分布、数据采集与处理和安全预报警。%Since the fiber bragg grating sensor has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference,compact size, large capacity,quasi-distributed measurement,and can realize long-distance long-term monitoring and transmission,it is widely used in structural safety monitoring. The paper discusses the necessity of introducing structural safety monitoring into the large-scale handling equipment tipper,summarizes the basic principle of the fiber bragg grating sensor technology,and introduces application and critical technologies of the structural safety monitoring system with the tippler as an example, such as temperature compensation,distribution of measuring points based on finite element analysis,data acquisition and processing,and safety alarm.
