随着我国大件运输业的发展，为实现日益复杂化的运载需求，SPMT液压平板车逐步被引入到国内大件运输市场。为确定大件运输过程中货物的质量，通过对SPMT承载试验数据统计，并应用数值分析理论对统计的数据进行分析、拟合，得到SPMT液压平板车静态时单轴均载与承载压力均值的关系式。为验证该计算公式的准确性及实用性，借助loadcell称重设备及计算软件对2000吨级大件货物进行称重试验，试验结果验证了SPMT单轴平均载荷计算公式计算结果的准确性。%With development of domestic large-piece transport industry,to meet the increasingly complex transport de-mand,SPMT hydraulic conveyance vehicle is gradually introduced to the domestic large-piece transport market.To deter-mine the cargo weight during large-piece transportation,through SPMT bearing test data statistics,the numerical analysis theory is adopted for analysis and fitting of the statistical data,in order to get the relational expression between the uniaxial average loading and bearing pressure mean value with the SPMT hydraulic flat trailer at static state.To verify correct-ness and utility of the expression,the loadcell weighing equipment and calculation software are used for weighing test of 2 000-tonnage large-piece cargoes.The test result verifies correctness of results from SPMT uniaxial average loading equation.
