起重机大车机构变频调速下的过流故障原因分析

摘要

分析了起重机大车变频调速时的过流故障，依据电机学理论确定了故障产生的原因为大吨位、高速度起重机在快速加速时电机转矩超过变频器输出能力导致的过流，提出了故障处理方法，对于该类型起重机的机械、电气设计调试工作具有参考意义。%The paper analyzes the overcurrent fault of the crane at frequency control,determines that the fault is caused by the overcurrent arising from motor torque exceeding output capacity of the frequency converter when the large-ton-nage high-speed crane accelerates,puts forward the disposal method,which provide referential significance for mechanical and electrical design and commissioning of such cranes.
