安装基础对桥式起重机水平刚度的影响

摘要

介绍了桥式起重机水平刚度的研究现状，分析了安装基础对桥式起重机水平刚度的影响，提出影响桥式起重机水平刚度的因素。如计算模型自身误差、施工单位改变计算模型、设计控制值缺失等方面。依据国内设计手册和研究结果，分析对桥式起重机水平刚度的要求、对安装基础水平刚度要求，给出安装基础的水平刚度建议值，对超出建议值提出整改方案，供施工单位和检验人员参考。%The paper introduces the study status of horizontal stiffness of the bridge crane,analyzes the effect of in-stallation foundation on horizontal stiffness of the bridge crane,puts forward the factors affecting its horizontal stiffness such as any error in the calculation model,the model being changed by the contactor,or deficiency of design control values, etc.According to the domestic design manual and study result,the paper analyzes horizontal stiffness of the bridge crane, horizontal stiffness of installation foundation,gives the suggestive values regarding horizontal stiffness,and proposes im-provement programs for those exceeding suggestive values,to provide guidance for contractors and testers.
