叉车门架倾斜自动控制设计

             

摘要

采用结构设计、液压控制与电气控制相结合,将门架倾斜与货物起升高度进行自动关联。通过控制器识别接近开关的信号来判断货叉处于低位还是高位,从而对门架的倾斜角度进行控制。在低位时允许门架前倾或后倾6°;在高位时,允许门架后倾6°、前倾2°;当门架前倾角大于2°,货叉从低位起升越过高位时,门架能够自动纠直。实现了叉车在任何高度下门架倾斜的自动控制,提高了叉车运行的安全性能。%Mast inclining is automatically linked with the cargo lifting height by combining the structural design,hy-draulic control,and electric control. The controller is used to identify the proximity switch signals to determine whether the forklift is at the high or low level to control the angle of mast inclination. At the low level,the mast is allowed to lean for-ward or backward 6°;at the high level,the mast is allowed to lean backward 6° and forward 2°;when forward tilting angle of the mast is greater than 2° and the forklift is lifted from the low level to the high level,the mast can automatically straighten,realizing the automatic control of the forklift tilting angle at any height and improving the safety performance of the forklift.
