为了保证高位拣选叉车在立体仓库中高效、 安全地作业,采用虚拟样机技术和有限单元法对车辆结构进行了分析与优化.首先,通过虚拟样机技术对整车进行运动仿真,分析验证车辆的动态稳定性并为关键部件的有限元分析提供输入载荷;其次,对车架支撑臂、 门架系统及货叉3个关键承力部件进行有限元分析,保证其强度和刚度满足工作要求.综合运用上述两种方法多次优化车辆结构,在很大程度上提高了车辆的综合性能.%To guarantee efficient and safe work of order picking truck in the stereoscopic warehouse , the virtual proto-type technology and finite element method are used to analyze and optimize the truck structure .First, the virtual prototype technology is used for stimulating the motion of the whole truck to analyze and verify the truck dynamic stability and provide input load for finite element analysis of critical components; second, the finite element analysis is performed on three criti-cal bearing parts, i.e.the frame supporting arm, mast system, and fork, to guarantee that their strength and rigidity can meet working requirements .The above two methods are used to optimize the truck structure for multiple times , which can significantly improve the overall performance of the truck .
