履带起重机产品模块化划分的方法及其应用

摘要

模块化设计的基本指导思想是以若干具有特定功能的模块组合成多样的产品,达到既要保证满足客户对产品的基本功能的需求,又能促进产品的批量化生产达到降低生产成本的目的.文中提出了履带起重机多角度、 多原则的模块划分方法,阐述了模块划分的原则,并以实例说明了履带起重机整车模块预划分过程及对下车模块的细分过程.%The basic guideline for modular design is to make various products by combining several modules with spe -cific functions to meet the clients' demand on basic functions of the products and promote mass production to reduce cost.The paper describes the modular division method for crawler crane from multiple aspects and principles ,clarifies the principle of modular division , and presents the modular pre-division process for the crawler crane and details the dividing process of infrastructure module .
