自动化集装箱码头装船发箱序列决策问题研究

         

摘要

During ship-loading at automated container terminals,deciding the loading sequence of containers in a bay is one of the important processes in shipment scheduling.Since the sequence somewhat affects the overall efficiency of the shipping operation,optimizing the sequence will ensure the smooth loading at terminals.In the paper,a model for optimizing the loading sequence is established on the basis of characteristics of mechanical equipment configuration at terminals,loading results and problems like the reshuffle rate and concurrent loading of container crane through researching loading operation flow.Genetic algorithm is used to solve the established model,and a feasible scheme is obtained.Finally,examples prove that the algorithm is effective and applicable,and the model has a practical value for improving the loading efficiency at automated container terminals.%自动化集装箱码头装船作业过程中的贝位内发箱顺序制定属于装船调度中的重要工序之一.发箱顺序的合理性在一定程度上影响了装船作业的整体效率,因此,对该问题进行优化,能有效保障自动化集装箱码头装船作业的顺利进行.文中从自动化集装箱码头机械设备配置的特点出发,通过调研装船发箱作业流程,并以配载结果为基础,在考虑了翻箱率、集装箱起重机并行发箱等问题的基础上,建立了装船发箱顺序优化模型.利用遗传算法对所建立的模型进行求解,得到了较优的可行方案.最后通过实例分析,证明了算法的有效性和适用性,模型的应用对于提高自动化集装箱码头装船作业效率具有一定的实际应用价值.
