长距离管状带式输送机调速型液力偶合器多机驱动的应用

         

摘要

At present,most of long-distance tubular belt conveyors have multiple driving devices at the head and tail,and the dynamic response of driving devices at starting and braking is very complex and characterized by heavy load,large inertia,unstable starting and braking.To realize smooth reliable start/stop and safe operation of the tubular belt conveyor,it is necessary to ensure the synchronization and load balance of motors at start-up and runtime.Otherwise,motors will trip under overload,and the belt wears out due to slipping.In severe cases,driving motors and other mechanical equipment may be damaged.This paper introduces the start-stop and power balance control of the variable speed fluid coupling,and conducts application study on the basis of the driving characteristics of the long-distance tubular belt conveyor.%目前长距离管状带式输送机大多采用头、尾多驱布置形式,驱动装置启动和制动的动态响应是一个非常复杂的过程,具有负荷重、惯性大、启动和制动不平稳等特点.为了保障管状带式输送机的平稳、可靠启/停及安全运行,必须解决好各电机启动和运行时的同步及负载平衡问题,否则就会造成驱动电机过载跳闸或胶带打滑磨损,甚至造成驱动电机和其他机械设备的损坏事故.文中介绍基于调速型液力偶合器的启停和功率平衡控制,并结合长距离管状带式输送机驱动特性进行应用研究.
