浅析起重机制动器在线监测

摘要

Brake is a crucial part of the lifting mechanism of cranes, and its normal operation is essential to safe and reliable operations of cranes. Functions, weaknesses and improvement scheme of on-line monitoring of brakes are analyzed in this paper. The paper further introduces the simulation of the new on-line brake monitoring and presents the braking torque curve of on-line monitoring. Moreover, many crane designers, manufacturers and users join the discussion for long-term stable operation of brakes and security of cranes.%制动器在起重机起升机构中,其工作状态的正常与否是起重机能否安全、可靠运行的决定性因素之一.文中对制动器在线监测的功能、不足点以及改进方案进行分析,介绍新型制动器在线监测模拟,给出了在线监测的制动力矩曲线.与广大起重机设计、制造、使用者进行探讨,以谋求制动器长期、稳定的运行状态,确保起重机安全.
