After analysis on the structure and pros and cons of different hook locking devices,a new hook locking device is designed based on requirements of the production environment.The device meets the needs of production,is less vulnerable to failure and has no security risk.Practices have proven that the new locking device is safe and reliable,and is applicable to places where the device does not need to be removed frequently.%在对吊钩不同类型闭锁装置结构和优缺点分析的基础上,根据生产实际环境要求,设计制作了新型吊钩闭锁装置,满足了生产需要,解决了吊钩闭锁装置易失效的难题,消除了吊钩存在的安全隐患.经实践检验,新型吊钩闭锁装置安全可靠,适用于不频繁拆卸的领域.
