带式输送机翻带装置设计要点

         

摘要

As the belt conveyer becomes larger and more environment-friendly,the flipping device is applied more and more widely to improve the overall performance and conveying efficiency.The key of designing the flipping device is to determine the minimum distance of the flipping section.During design calculation,the conveyor belt allowable strength,working tension,and sag shall be taken into account,and the folding phenomenon of the conveying belt at the flipping section shall be prevented.In terms of the type of the flipping device of the belt conveyer,several common calculation methods for the distance of flipping section are described and analyzed in the paper to summarize the design emphases for flipping section of the belt conveyer.%随着带式输送机向大型化和环保化方向发展,为提高设备整体性能和输送效率,翻带装置的应用越来越普遍.而翻转段最小距离的确定是翻带装置设计的关键,设计计算时应综合考虑输送带本身的许用强度、工作张力及下垂量的影响,同时还应避免输送带在翻转段出现折迭现象.从带式输送机翻带装置型式出发,列出几种常用的翻转段距离的计算方法,并对几种计算方法进行对比分析,根据分析结果对带式输送机翻转段的设计要点进行总结.
