以培养复合型应用人才为目标的生物技术专业建设

摘要

本文围绕以培养复合型应用人才为特色的生物技术专业的建设,从人才培养目标的确立、人才培养体系与课程体系的构建、师资队伍的建设、科研向教学转化以及产学研结合的人才培养模式的建立等方面详细阐述并总结了四川大学生物技术专业建设和改革的实践。%The paper centers on constructing the profession of biological technology with the feature of training compound applied talents,the paper elaborates and concludes the construction of the profession of biological technology and the reform practice in Sichuan University,from the following aspects： the establishment of the objective of training talents,the construction of talent training system and curriculum system,the construction of teachers,the transformation from research to teach,and the building of talent training model combined with production-teaching-research,etc.
