装配式组合梁剪力钉滑移性能研究

             

摘要

根据装配式钢-混凝土组合梁桥道板快速安装的工程需求,设计了水平布置的装配式组合梁剪力钉.为了研究装配式组合梁剪力钉的滑移性能,进行两类共24个试件的推出试验.试验结果对比表明,与常规竖向布置剪力钉相比,装配式组合梁剪力钉的峰值荷载更大、滑移有更明显的稳定平台、结构延性更好,有利于装配式组合梁的推广应用.根据试件荷载-滑移曲线的特征,首次提出含下降段的剪力钉荷载-滑移本构方程,从而为装配式组合梁全桥精确模拟研究提供借鉴.%An innovative horizontal-arrangement of shear studs was proposed for prefabricated composite beam,in response to the engineering demand for the fast installation of precast decks on steel and concrete composite bridges.Two groups of comparative push-off tests including 24 specimens were carried out to demonstrate the load-slip behavior of the prefabricated shear stud.Test results show that compared with the conventional vertical-arrangement shear studs, the prefabricated composite beam shear studs have many advantages, such as larger peak load, more obvious slip stabilized platform, better structural ductility, etc., which facilitate the application of prefabricated composite beams.Finally, according to the characteristics of the load-slip curves, the shear studs slip constitutive equation including descending curve is proposedfor the first time, which can provide reference for the accurate simulation in the prefabricated composite beam.
