众创空间背景下高职院校孵化式产教融合探讨

The key to cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges lies in providing experimental technology innovation and the market environment of commercial form innovation. Fusion of production and education is an effec⁃tive way to use market resources in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, according to higher vocational talents training, cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents through fusion of incubating production and education is put forward. That is, carrying out in⁃novation and entrepreneurship education for the majority of young students, and making the best of social experimental sites, mentor team of innovation and entrepreneurship and equipment facilities to cultivate innovative talents.%高职院校培养创新创业型人才的关键在于提供实验技术创新和商业形态创新的市场环境，产教融合是高职院校利用市场资源的有效途径。针对高职院校人才培养提出通过孵化式产教融合培养创新创业型人才，即面对广大青年学生开展创新创业教育，充分利用社会实验场所、创新创业导师团队和设备设施进行创新人才培养。
