武汉站站房主拱拱脚铸钢节点设计研究

             

摘要

The nodes of arch springing in Wuhan railway station building bear complex forces with many bars.If welded connection,bolted connection and penetration welding connection are adopted,it always happened that the size is too big and too many plates are required to be added,which are hard to satisfy the railway clearance and have big influence on architectural appearance.In the paper,cast-steel type is adopted for the node of arch springing that the problems mentioned above can be resolved,while finite element analysis is used to calculate the node.Besides,detailed presenta-tions are made to the stress characteristics,simulation and simplification,calculation analysis and result of cast-steel nodes of arch springing in Wuhan station building,that provide reference for the future design of similar large nodes. Cast-steel type can provide enough rigidity and strength.When there is a design load,the cast-steel is basically in the e-lastic state,and when there are twice design loads,the maximum stress of the node is less than the ultimate strength of material.Cast-steel node dramatically reduces the connection weld and the required spile and stiffening rib,while the size of node is light and connection is flexible,which can meet the requirement of architectural design.%武汉站站房拱脚节点受力复杂、杆件较多,若采用焊接连接、螺栓连接、相贯焊接等节点型式往往尺寸较大、增设板件较多,难以满足铁路限界要求,对建筑美观影响较大。文中拱脚节点采用铸钢型式以解决上述问题,并运用有限元分析方法对拱脚铸钢节点进行计算分析,对武汉站站房拱脚铸钢节点的受力特点、模拟简化、计算分析及结果作详细介绍,为今后类似大型节点的设计提供借鉴。武汉站站房拱脚节点采用铸钢型式,能提供足够的刚度和强度,在设计荷载时铸钢基本处于弹性状态,在2倍设计荷载时节点最大应力也小于材料极限强度。铸钢节点大大减少了连接焊缝及相应所需的插板、加劲肋等,节点尺寸轻巧、连接自由灵活,可满足建筑的造型要求。
