预应力混凝土与同条件试件早期强度发展的关系探讨

         

摘要

Prestressed concrete is more and more widely applied in modern engineering construction. After pouring, im-plementation time of tension or form removal process of prestressed concrete usually is determined according to strength of same-condition specimen. The article points out that although the same-condition specimen is in the same environment with concrete entities, because of the difference of interface size, they are different in adiabatic temperature rise rate and temperature, which leads to increasing difference of early strength between same-condition specimen and prestressed concrete. There is time difference if strength of same-condition specimen is used to guide next working procedure of pres-tressed concrete. It is intended to get representative data in the artificial same condition under the different environment to accurately guide construction of next process and ensure the construction safety and improve work efficiency.%预应力混凝土在现代化工程建设中应用越来越广泛,预应力混凝土浇筑后,张拉或拆模等工序的施作时间通常采用同条件试件强度来指导,文章指出,同条件试件虽然与混凝土实体处于同一环境,但由于界面尺寸的差异导致各自的绝热温升速率与温度都有所不同,致使混凝土同条件试件与实体并未达到强度增长真正意义上的同条件,导致早期强度增长并不同步。对于同条件试件强度来指导预应力混凝土下道工序存在一定时间差异。文章拟在不同的环境下,采用人为确保两者环境条件,获得具有代表性数据,准确指导下道工序施工,确保施工安全,提高工作效率。
