高速铁路动车组静置空调试验结果分析

             

摘要

The air-conditioning system (HVAC)test in artificial climatic laboratory of CRH380BL high speed EMU proves that the EMU car body has very good heat insulation performance.No matter the ambient temperature in winter or in summer the HVAC can provide passengers with enough fresh air.The test results analysis of air conditioning ability of representative vehicle model demonstrates the temperature field in carriage has been affected by the air duct structure. The HVAC separates the heated air and cooling air by different air duct to ensure the carriage temperature uniformity can meet the requirements of standard UIC553 -2004 in heating and cooling working conditions.On account of the pantograph taking up a large amount of roof space,the comfortability of seat positions in the front of the carriage is poorer.The air duct structure should be improved according to the interior temperature distribution.%在环境试验室进行的CRH380BL型高速动车组的空调系统(HVAC)试验,证明动车组车体具有很好的隔热性能,空调系统在冬季和夏季环境温度下都能为乘客提供足够的新风量。文章通过对典型车型空气调节能力的试验结果进行分析,证明风道结构对动车组客室内温度场有较大的影响。空调系统采用冷暖风道分开供风,保证了在制热和制冷两种工况下,车内温度均匀性都能达到UIC 553-2004标准的要求。但是由于受电弓装置占用了大量车顶空间,导致该车型前排座椅位置的舒适性较差,应根据车内温度分布对车顶风道结构进行相应的改进。
