去纤酶治疗急性脑梗死48例

摘要

Objective:To observe efficacy and safety of defibrase in the treatment of 96 patients with the acute cerebral infection. 　Methods:Patients with the acute cerebral infection were randomly divided into two groups of 48 patients each,appling the double-blind method in the same process.One group was the treated group.The other was the controlled group.　Results:The overall effective rate and excellent effective rate of the treated group were higher than those of the controlled group.Fibrinogen and bloodrheology of patients in treated group visibly changed after treatment(P＜0.01).Only one patient bled a little. 　Conclusion:Using defibrase to treat acute cerebral infection was safe and had less side effect.%目的：观察去纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法：采用双盲法、随机抽样观察96例，治疗组48例，用去纤酶静脉滴注；对照组48例，用低分子右旋糖酐治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率与显效率远高于对照组。治疗组纤维蛋白原、血液流变学都有明显改善(P＜0.01)。仅有一例出现轻度出血。结论：去纤酶治疗急性脑梗死有效安全，副作用少。
