原子吸收分光光度法测定自制营养液中钾钠镁的含量

         

摘要

目的 建立对自制营养液中钾、钠、镁等含量测定的方法.方法 分别以氯化钠和氯化锶为消电离剂,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定.结果 钾、钠、镁的平均回收率分别为99.1%,98.5%,100.0%(n=9),RSD 分别为0.77%,1.51%和0.99%.结论 该方法的线性、精密度、准确度等均良好.可用于该自制营养液中钾元素、钠元素、镁元素的含量测定.%Objective To establish a content determination method for Kalium( K) , Natrium ( Na) and Magnesium ( Mg) in a self-made nutrient solution by atomic absorption spectrometry ( AAS) . Methods Sodium chloride ( NaCl) and strontium chloride( SrCl2 ) were used as deionization agents, respectively and K,Na and Mg were determined by FAAS method. Results The average recovery of K,Na and Mg were 99. 1% ,98. 5% ,100. 0% ( n=9) and RSD were 0. 77% ,1. 51% and 0. 99% , respectively. Conclusion This method showed good linearity, precision and accuracy, which can be used for quality control of K,Na and Mg in the self-made nutrient solution.
