This paper is based on the industrialization practice to treat wheat straw pulping wastewater with sulfur in two anaerobic reactor. We analyze the station of sulphate-reducing bacteria(SRB)in anaerobic digestion and the reciprocity with both methane-producing bacteria and acid-producing bacteria.
