摘要

This paper proposes a method to quantify the factors related to decision in bidding construction projects, based on fuzzy theory and analysis of the representative factors in bidding opportunity decision. This model has universal significance of application.%对影响投标机会选择的典型因素进行了分析,并且运用模糊数学理论,将在投标工作中与投标机会决策相关的各因素定量化,提出了投标机会选择模型,其算法具有普适的应用价值.
