In order to enhance precision of oblique incidence achromatic retarders, through analyzing two oblique incidence structures, a better achromatic structure was obtained. The results showed that variation trend of phase retardation δ was contrary resulting from the refractive index n and angle of total reflection θ, and variation of phase retardation δ was weakened, so high-precision achromatic phase retarders can be designed.%为了提高斜入射消色差延迟器件的精度,通过分析两种斜入射结构,得出了消色差性能较好的结构.结果表明,这种较好的结构由于折射率n和全内反射角θ引起相位延迟δ的变化趋势相反,而减弱相位延迟δ的变化,因而可以设计出高精度的消色差相位延迟器件.
