水轮机垫层蜗壳结构应力应变规律研究

         

摘要

Spiral case structure system plays an important role in hydro-generating unit,and there are three ways that the turbine steel spiral case is buried under concrete. To Laxiwa hydropower station,the way that cushion spiral case is buried is selected through the demonstration and design. In order to better control situation of the cushion spiral case running,the analysis of the surrounding monitoring data is particularly important. The results of three-dimensional finite element calculation are given and the actual monitoring results are analyzed,and theoretical analysis results are compared with monitoring results,then the conclusion that the finite element analysis of the spiral case structure is basically consistent with monitoring data is obtained. Using the finite element method can reflect the general laws of the actual operating conditions. The surrounding concrete almost does not undertake internal water pressure,showing that the spiral case is in a good operating condition.%蜗壳结构系统在水轮发电机组中起着重要的作用,水轮机钢蜗壳埋入混凝土的方式有三种,拉西瓦水电站经过论证和设计采用垫层蜗壳埋入方式。为了更好地掌握垫层蜗壳的运行情况,垫层蜗壳周边的监测数据的分析就尤为重要。给出利用三维有限元计算的结果,再对实际监测成果进行分析,并对比有限元计算和监测成果的差异,得出了利用有限元对蜗壳结构进行分析的结果基本上和监测数据规律较为一致的结论。利用有限元计算在一定程度上可以反映蜗壳运行情况的一般规律,通过分析得到外围混凝土几乎不承担内水压力,蜗壳处在良好的运行状态。
