以聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、聚丙烯酸(PAA)、水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)、苯并三氮唑(BTA)为原料,通过正交试验法对几种单体进行复配,采用鼓泡法分别研究了各个单体及复配阻垢剂的阻垢性能,得到了一种环保复合型阻垢剂配方PASP(1.2 mg/L)/PAA(0.8 mg/L)/HPMA(1.0 mg/L)/BTA(0.5 mg/L).结果显示,该阻垢剂的阻垢率大于90%,其阻垢性能满足实际应用的要求.%By bubble method,studying on the properties of scale inhibition of both single reagent,including polyaspartic acid(PASP),polyacrylic acid(PAA),hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride(HPMA),benzotriazole(BTA),and composite prescriptions,which are obtained from orthogonal method,one environmentally friendly scale inhibitor PASP (1.2 mg/L)/PAA(0.8 mg/L)/HPMA(1.0 mg/L)/BTA(0.5 mg/L) is attained. The results show that the scale inhibition rate is above 90%and it meets the requirements of practical application.
