农村环境质量监测与评价方法探讨--以河南省鹤壁市为例

摘要

为客观评价农村环境质量状况，在总结农村环境质量监测特点的基础上，制定了农村大气、水、土壤环境质量监测布点原则、方案及指标评价体系。通过对鹤壁市农村与农业发展过程中存在的突出环境问题的研究，提出了农村环境质量指数，用以表征和评价农村环境质量状况。%For the objective evaluation of the environmental quality in rural areas,on the basis of summing up the characteristics of the rural environmental quality monitoring,we have developed the distribution principle for locating rural atmosphere,water,soil environmental quality monitoring points and monitoring programs and evalua-tion index system. Through the study of outstanding environmental issues in the rural and agricultural development process in Hebi,we suggest a rural environmental quality index for the characterization and evaluation of environmental quality in rural areas.
