基于熵权模糊物元模型的山东省3E系统协调发展评价研究

摘要

According to entropy weight theory and fuzzy matter-element theory,this paper constructs an evaluation model of coordinated development of 3E system in Shandong Province by using coupling coordination degree function. Then the model was applied to analyze the data from 2004 to 2013 in Shandong Province,and the analysis shows that 3E system in Shandong Province is still in an uncoordinated state,but its development trend is steadily and continuously increased. Finally,in order to improve the existing problems,this paper came up with some countermeasures and suggestions.%依据熵权和模糊物元理论，采用耦合协调度函数，构建了基于熵权模糊物元方法的3E系统协调发展评价模型，以山东省2004—2013年的统计数据为基础对其进行分析，得出山东省3E系统仍处于中度不协调发展状态，但其发展状态呈稳固上升趋势。最后，针对其存在的问题，提出了对策与建议。
