基于MATLAB的二级圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速器优化设计

         

摘要

为了得到二级圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速器的传动比最优分配,提出了一种简便实用的优化设计方法,从齿面接触疲劳强度要求出发,使减速器展开长度最小,并从齿根弯曲强度要求出发,使减速器体积最小,建立多目标优化设计数学模型。基于MATLAB优化工具箱对二级圆锥-圆柱齿轮减速器进行优化设计得到全局最优解,结果表明该方法简单有效,编程量小,提高了设计效率和质量。%In order to get the optimal allocation of transmission ratio for two⁃level cone⁃cylinder gear reducer,a simple and practical optimization design method was proposed. Considering both the gear surface contact fatigue strength and the tooth root bending strength requirements,a multi⁃objective optimization design mathematical model was developed to get the minimum expansion length and minimum volume of speed reducer. Based on the MATLAB optimization toolbox,the global optimal solution of two⁃level cone⁃cylinder gear reducer is optimized. The result shows that the method is very simple and effective,it just needs short programming,and the design efficiency and quality are improved.
