断层带巷道围岩变形特征及支护优化

         

摘要

Anli coal mine is currently in the construction phase two,with the continuous extension of the return air roadway,the roadway has been constructed to a large fault affected zone,which makes the roadway has a serious effect on the deformation. According to the actual geological conditions of the tunnel and the causes of failure,the paper studies the comprehensive support of the U-type steel with the anchor net and the prestressed anchor cable. Combined with the mechanical properties of the surrounding rock and the deformation observation of the surrounding rock,the FLAC3D software is used to simulate and calculate the change of surrounding rock. The results show that the method can effectively control the deformation of the roadway and provide reference for similar projects.%安里煤矿处于矿建二期施工阶段,随着回风大巷不断延伸,已施工至一大型断层影响带内,受该断层带的影响巷道发生严重的变形。根据巷道实际地质条件和破坏原因,采用锚网喷加预应力锚索配套U型钢可缩性支架注浆综合支护。结合该巷道内围岩的力学性质参数及现场围岩变形观测结果,运用FLAC3D软件进行模拟计算,对比修复前后巷道围岩的变化情况,结果表明该方案能有效地控制巷道变形,为以后类似的工程提供参考。
