基于PCA-DEA复合模型的河南省循环经济发展效率研究

摘要

Selecting the related data from Henan Statistical Yearbook 2015 and China City Statistical Yearbook 2015,this paper applies the PCA and DEA method to evaluate the efficiency of the circular economy in Henan Province. First,we get the main factors effecting on the circular economy efficiency by PCA method. Then we evaluate the developing level of the circular economy by DEA method. Finally we propose some suggestions on improving the efficiency of the circular economy for each city with respect to the evaluation result.%选取2015年《河南统计年鉴》和《中国城市统计年鉴》的有关统计数据，运用主成分分析和数据包络分析的方法，对河南省17个地级市的循环经济效率进行排序和评价。首先通过主成分分析的方法确定影响循环经济发展效率的主要制约因素，并将其作为对应的投入产出指标，然后通过数据包络分析对各地市循环经济进行测算排序和分析评价，从而得出河南省各地市循环经济效率发展状况，并根据测算结果对各地市发展循环经济过程中所遇到的问题提出相应的指导决策方案。
