基于改进TOPSIS法的物流云服务选择研究

             

摘要

针对传统TOPSIS法在物流云服务选择中主观指标权重的不确定性,以及不能完全反映出各方案优劣性的问题,提出基于熵值法和改进相对接近度算法的TOPSIS法.在分析传统TOPSIS法基本原理的基础上,构建出改进的TOPSIS法评价模型,并结合具体算例对此评价模型进行实验验证:A公司为了有效控制供应链成本、提高客户满意度,决定使传统TOPSIS法和改进TOPSIS法在服务质量(QoS)指标参数相同的情况下,对相同物流云服务提供商选择进行比较.评价结果表明,改进的TOPSIS法可以消除主观因素对结果造成的影响,用于物流云服务提供商选择更具客观性与合理性,为物流云服务的选择提供了参考与借鉴.%In view of the uncertainty of the traditional TOPSIS method used in the selection of logistics cloud service and determining the index weight subjectively,as well as the problem that cannot fully reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the program,this paper puts forward the improved TOPSIS method based on entropy and relative approach degree method. Based on the analysis of the basic principle of the traditional TOPSIS method ,an improved TOPSIS evaluation model is constructed. And the evaluation model is verified by a specific example. In order to control the cost of supply chain effectively and improve the customers'satisfaction,the company of A decide to compare the selection of the same logistics cloud service providers in the condition that traditional TOPSIS method and improved TOPSIS method have the same index parameters of the quality of service(QoS). Evaluating results show that the improved TOPSIS method can eliminate the influence that subjective factors have on the results ,which are used for selecting providers of logistics cloud service is more objective and rational. It provides references for the choice of logistics cloud service.
