基于熵权法的电子商务网站的模糊评价模型

摘要

针对电子商务网站评价问题,给出了一种基于熵权法的电子商务网站评价模糊综合评价方法.首先构建影响电子商务网站评价的多因素层次结构模型和评价体系,然后采用问卷调查法采集数据,利用熵权法确定各评价指标的客观权重,最后采用模糊评价法对电子商务网站进行评价.通过实例验证了该评价方法的科学性和有效性.%Aiming at the evaluation problems from e-commerce website,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of electronic commerce website based on entropy weight method is presented. Firstly,the multi-factor hierarchical structure model and evaluation system which influence the evaluation of electronic commerce website are constructe d, and then the data are collected by using questionnaire,and using the entropy weight method to determine the objective weight of each evaluation index,and finally using the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the electronic commerce website. The scientificity and effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified by the examples.
