在新型城镇化引领下的"五化"协调发展背景下,智慧宜居型都市区建设已成为优化城市功能结构和推进城市空间节约利用的重要途径.首先,基于智慧宜居都市区的建设理念,分析了"五化"协调背景下建设智慧宜居郑汴都市区的重要意义;其次,根据智慧宜居都市区的建设目标,对郑州都市区"智慧宜居"、"智慧康居"、"智慧乐居"、"智慧安居"以及"智慧逸居"的建设现状进行了评估;再次,在分析现状问题的基础上,提出了郑汴都市区城市功能提升与空间节约利用的实现路径;最后,在现状问题分析与实现路径剖析的基础上,提出了建设智慧宜居郑汴都市区的关键技术支撑.%Under the background of new-urbanization construction and the coordinated development of new-industrialization,new-urbanization,agricultural modernization,informationization and greenization,the intelligent and livable metropolitan area has become an important way to optimize the urban functional structure and promote the urban space saving. This paper can be divided into four main contents as follows. Firstly,we take the concept connotation of intelligent and livable city,analyze the important significance of constructing intelligent and livable Zheng-Bian Metropolitan Area. Secondly,according to the construction goal and requirements,we evaluate the status quo of intelligent transportation facilities,intelligent ecological facilities,intelligent convenient facilities,intelligent safe facilities and intelligent life facilities. Thirdly,based on the analysis of the status quo,we put forward the realization path of urban functional promotion and spatial saving in the future. Finally ,according to the above analysis results,we propose the key technical supporting for constructing intelligent and livable Zheng-Bian Metropolitan Area.
