中华大蒜油对家兔实验性高脂血症的防治作用

摘要

Objective： To study the effect of garlic essential oil on experimental hyperlipermia in rabbits.Methods: Using feeding method to set up the experimental hyperlipemia model and determining the biochemical criteria.Results: Garlic essential oil significantly decreased the serum contents of triglyceride,cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,very low density lipoprotein and the rate between total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein.Conclusion: Garlic essential oil can prevent and treat experimental hyperlipidemia in rabbits.%目的： 研究中华大蒜油对家兔实验性高脂血症的降脂作用。方法： 采用喂养法建立家兔高脂血症模型，测定生化指标。结果： 中华大蒜油可明显降低实验动物血清甘油三脂、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、极低密度脂蛋白的含量，降低血清总胆固醇与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的比值。结论： 中华大蒜油对家兔实验性高脂血症具有防治作用。
