角膜接触镜在准分子激光前弹力层下角膜磨镶术后早期的应用

摘要

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of high oxygen permeability corneal contact lens after sub -Bow-man keratomileusis (SBK).Methods Eighty -two patients with myopia(164 eyes)were performed with SBK.Post -opera-tively,One eye of each patient as observation group randomly wore contact lenses,the contralateral eye as control group.The symptoms,corneal fluorescein (FL)staining were assessed 1 day after operation.Corneal flap complications were observed on the 1st day after operation.Results The subjective symptom scores and the FL positive rate of observation group were lower than control group(P <0.05).Conclusion High permeability contact lens could promote corneal epithelial to heal,enhance the sta-bility of corneal flap and was suitable for early postoperative wear.%目的：评价高透氧角膜接触镜在准分子激光前弹力层下角膜磨镶术（SBK）后早期应用的安全性和有效性。方法选取82例近视患者（164眼），每例患者手术结束时随机选取1眼佩戴角膜接触镜作为观察组，未佩戴眼作为对照组。术后第1天取出角膜接触镜，分别记录术后1 d 的主观症状评分、角膜荧光素染色（FL）。观察术后1 d 并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后1 d 主观症状评分明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05）；观察组术后1 d 角膜荧光素染色阳性率比对照组低（P ＜0．05）。结论高透氧角膜接触镜能促进角膜愈合，加强角膜瓣的稳定性，适合术后早期佩戴。
