Influence of regeneration time ,cycle times,hydrothermal deactivation and heavy metal pollution on FCC SOx additives are evaluated.The result shows that De(SO2) of SOx additive increases with regen-eration time prolong,it reaches stale after 10 min.The De(SO2) decline following hydrothermal deactiva-tion and the increasing of cycle times ,it reaches stable after 4 eycle.Hydrothermal aqing make additive decrease 40%.The single metal Ni give a negative influence to the DeSO 2 , but V and Fe give the actively influence with Ca making no difference .%评价了再生时间、循环次数、水热老化以及重金属污染对FCC硫转移助剂脱硫活性的影响。结果表明:随着再生时间的延长,硫转移助剂的活性增加,10 min之后达到稳定;随着反应再生次数的增加,脱硫活性逐渐降低,四个循环之后达到稳定;水热老化使助剂的脱硫活性降低了约40%;Ni会造成脱硫活性的降低,Ca对脱硫活性没有影响,V和Fe能够提高助剂的脱硫活性。
