浅谈高层建筑结构抗震设计理念及原则

摘要

Since the 1990 s, our country concrete structure high-rise construction develop rapidly, reinforced concrete structure system has accumulated a lot of engineering experience and achievements in scientific research. All previous earthquake at home and abroad of the important experience show that it is decided to pay attention to the concept of high-rise building design, guarantee the integrity of the structure, high-rise building structure seismic performance of the important factors. If the structureis is irregular seriously and integrity is poor, it is more difficult to ensure structural seismic performance according to the current structure design and calculation technology level. This paper analysis aseismic theory briefly, so as to explore the design of high-rise building ideas, methods and take the necessary seismic measures.%20世纪90年代以来，我国混凝土结构高层建筑迅速发展，钢筋混凝土结构体系积累了很多工程经验和科研成果。据国内外历次大地震的重要经验总结表明，注重高层建筑的概念设计，保证结构的整体性，是决定高层建筑结构抗震性能的重要因素。若结构严重不规则、整体性差，则按目前的结构设计及计算技术水平，较难保证结构的抗震性能。对建筑抗震进行简要的理论分析，从而探索高层建筑的设计理念及方法，以采取必要的抗震措施。
